Japanese Turnips
Butter
White Miso
 
 
Heat a skillet with butter, water, and salt. Cut the greens off of turnips, chop, and set aside. Cut turnips in half and add to skillet. Cover and bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Add in your greens and miso and cook for a few more minutes.
