HARVEST & COLLECT
1 Kabocha Squash
1 Red Onion
1 tbsp Butter
6 cups Veggie Stock
2 cloves Garlic
¼ cup Heavy Cream (or Coconut Milk)
Salt + Pepper
Fresh Dill for garnish
Bring all ingredients to a simmer and blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh dill.
