    Sea Salt
    Cumin + Coriander Seeds

    Pistachios
    Greek Yogurt

    Beet Spread Recipe
     
    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash, peel, and cube beets. Toss beets with olive oil and salt. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 1 hour. Toast seeds for a couple of minutes then grind. Add beets, olive oil, sea salt, garlic, lemon, and seeds to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add to a bowl and top with greek yogurt, cilantro, and pistachios.
