2 Sweet Potatoes
Butter
Sea Salt
Greek Yogurt
Fresh Herbs (we used Dill)
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry sweet potatoes, pierce with a fork, and roast for 1 hour on a baking sheet.
Cut down the middle and add butter and toppings.
