Cut or tear radicchio, endive, ___, and add to a bowl along with thinly sliced apple.
For dressing combine olive oil, lemon and orange juice, honey, dijon mustard, and garlic into a mason jar and shake.
Drizzle dressing over salad and top with raspberries and edible flowers.
