Purple Lemon Cabbage

1 head of purple cabbage
Ojai Roots Olive Oil
Fennel + Coriander Seeds

Lemon for juicing + zesting

Water
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the cabbage keeping the core attached. Heat a pan on low and toast fennel and coriander seeds. In a separate larger pan, heat olive oil and add in cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and cook the other side of cabbage for a few minutes.
Add toasted seed along with garlic, lemon and about 2 cups of water. Cover and cook on low for 25 minutes. Add parmesan and bake for 10 minutes. Top with sea salt and lemon zest.
